WHAT IS AN OFFICIAL SUPPORTER SUBSCRIPTION AND WHAT DO I GET BY JOINING?

Join Orlando Pirates as an Official Supporter and you will receive a host of benefits including access to mayoral suite match tickets, a personalised card, discounts with our official Club’s sponsors and exclusive access to OPTV.

HOW CAN I BECOME AN OFFICIAL SUPPORTER?

You can become an Official Supporter online, by signing up for a subscription package on the Orlando Pirates Official App. You can make payment for your Subscription via credit/debit card, or you can pay with airtime. You can also pay for your Subscription via Direct Debit, so your Subscription is processed each season or year automatically.

HOW DO I UPDATE MY SUPPORTER DETAILS?

If you have moved address or have a new contact number etc. you can contact our Call Centre on 011 507 4795 or you can update your details in the Profile section of the Orlando Pirates Official App.

WHAT DO I DO IF I LOSE MY SUPPORTERS CARD?

If you lose your Supporters card, please call 011 507 4795 to arrange a replacement. There is a charge of ZAR 80.00 for a new card, which can be posted to you at an additional cost or held for collection at Orlando Stadium.

WHEN DOES MY SUBSCRIPTION START AND WHEN DOES IT END?

Every subscription becomes active the moment successful payment has been received by the app. If a payment is rendered unsuccessful, the subscription will remain inactive.

Below is the duration of each subscription frequency level:

Daily – active for 24 hours directly after successful payment

Match Day – applies to the next match after successful payment is received, active for the full 24 hours of that match day

Weekend – active for the weekend after successful payment, subscription begins on Friday 12h00 and ends on Sunday 18h00

Monthly – active for 30 full 24 hour days after successful payment

Season – active for 9 full months after successful payment, applies during the regular South African football season

Yearly – active for 12 full months after successful payment

CAN I CANCEL MY OFFICIAL SUBSCRIPTION?

Official Subscriptions are non-refundable, should you wish to discuss cancellation of your direct debit please call us on
011 507 4795.

HOW DO I DOWNLOAD THE ORLANDO PIRATES OFFICIAL APP?

It’s easy to download the Orlando Pirates Official app from your smartphone or tablet device. If you’re using an iPhone, iPad or Apple device just head to the App Store. If you’re on an Android device, simply go to the Play Store. Search for Orlando Pirates Official App and download.

CAN I WATCH LIVE MATCHES IN THE ORLANDO PIRATES OFFICIAL APP?

Although OPTV does not broadcast live Orlando Pirates games yet, the app is still a great match day destination. You won’t miss a thing as our dedicated team reports live from the stadium. You’ll be first to hear official team news, get in-game stats, live images and you will even have a chance to chat with other Buccaneers during the game in our soon-to-be launched Chat Room.

WHERE CAN I FIND THE MATCH CENTRE?

Score first-access to team news and match day line-ups, receive live match updates and real-time commentary, and analyse the game like never before in our LIVE stats centre! All you need to do, is click on any Orlando Pirates fixture that has been played or is currently being played.


HOW DO I LOG IN TO THE APP?

To log in to the app you need to sign up and register your profile.

If you’ve already logged in to the online Pirates Shop, you can use the same login details to access your profile on the Orlando Pirates Official App.

HOW DO I LOG OUT OF THE APP?

To log out of the Orlando Pirates Official App, follow these steps:

 

  1. Tap on the ‘Settings’ burger menu in the top-right hand corner of your app screen
  2. Tap ‘Logout
