What information do we collect?

How do we protect your information?
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you enter, submit, or access your personal information.

We use a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Database to be only accessed by those authorized with special access rights to our systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.

We also have firewalls and anti-virus software which are updated regularly to ensure that they are in line with international standards. 

After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.

We review our security annually to make sure that it is always up to date.

Do we use cookies?
Yes (Cookies are small files that a site or its service provider transfers to your computers hard drive through your Web browser (if you allow) that enables the sites or service providers systems to recognize your browser and capture and remember certain information

How long do we keep your information?
We keep your information for as long as we need it to provide services or products to you, are required to keep it by law, or if you agree to us keeping it for longer. 

We will keep your information for as long as you continue to access our site.  We will delete your profile if you do not visit or log into our site for five years. We will notify you of this before we delete your information.  

We may keep some or all of your personal information for historical, research and statistical purposes. If we do so, we will put in place measures to make sure that it cannot be used for any other purpose. 

Do we disclose any information to outside parties?
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others rights, property, or safety. We therefore have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites. Nonetheless, we seek to protect the integrity of our site and welcome any feedback about these sites.

Children 
We do not collect any information from anyone under 18 years of age. Our website, products and services are all directed to people who are at least 18 years old or older.

Updating your personal information
You can update your personal information at any time by updating your profile. We will send you a message once a year reminding you to keep you information up to date.

Your rights
You have the right request a copy of the information that we have about you, ask us to correct or update your information, in certain circumstances, ask us to delete information about you, object to us processing your personal information for some purposes.
